It really isn't as bad as we thought it would be -- I mean, there are moments of chaos and exhaustion, but overall, our day to day routine isn't much more difficult than it was with just a toddler. We try to combine bathing and eating experiences to be efficient.
Seamus looooooves when sissy takes a bath with him -- and shares all sorts of toys with her. And, he even dumps entire buckets (not cups) on her head and she wears it -- she loves her brother, too.
Sometimes Seamo wants to hold his sister, but the excitement wears off after about 1/2 a second -- he then forgets what he is doing and a few times he literally pushes her aside when he is over it.
A moment of chaos -- "Why is nobody paying attention to me?????" "Later sister, Thomas the Train is on TV. Stop causing confusion and delay"
But in the end, sister only has eyes for her brother...
